License # 00845 by the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency for supply, installation, service and maintanence of ionization radiation sources, industrial and medical x-ray equipment

Inspection body NDTEK. Accredited by the Bulgarian accreditation service acc. BDS EN 45004 :1998, for doing calibration of 10 types of NDT equipment

Developes own hand yoke for MT. The beginning of the OMD equipment series.

First steps toward the NDT equipment calibration
License # 153-А from Bulgarian Metrology and Standatization Cometee for calibration of ultrasonic flaw detectors, ultrasonic thickness gages and x-ray equipment
Established by Alexander Russev in 1990, OMEL NDT starts as a service center for industrial equipment.
2 years later, takes over the warranty and post-warranty service in Bulgaria for the companies RICH. SEIFERT and KRAUTKRÄMER, Germany.
